Refund policy

2 YEAR LIMITED WARRANTY

Subject to the limitations stated below, Pimgineering Co. Ltd.  warrants to the customer that for a period of 2 (two) years from the date of purchase of the COBB Products by the customer, the COBB Products shall be free from any defects in material and workmanship. Pimgineering Co. Ltd. gives no express, tacit or implied warranties in relation to the COBB Products.

Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, Pimgineering Co. Ltd. shall not be responsible for:
- defects arising out of the improper or negligent use of the COBB Products. Without limiting the generality of the foregoing, it is expressly recorded that the Cobb Products are designed for domestic use only and not for commercial use;
- defects caused by accidental damage;
- the use of the Cobb Products for purposes other than those specified by COBB from time to time;
- COBB Products that have been modified or repaired without COBB’s prior written approval;
- COBB Products from which the trademarks have been intentionally defaced or removed; and/or
- normal wear and tear of the COBB Products.

RETURN POLICY

Pimgineering Co. Ltd. is not liable for covering return costs for customers who have ordered the wrong product or have changed their mind about a product purchase. If the product is unused, packaging not opened or damaged, and is in full resell-able condition, then we can accept a return of the product. A refund will be sent once the product has been received and inspection has confirmed product is in full resell-able condition. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee and will incur a 15% handling and restocking fee.
